Working for the People
Elizabeth is serving her second term in the Pa State House

Helping Over 13,000 Neighbors
Elizabeth Fiedler has worked tirelessly with her staff to provide critical services to our families and neighbors including help with unemployment benefits, property tax/rent rebates, SEPTA, PennDot, senior services, and much more.

State Investment to Create and Sustain Jobs
Elizabeth brought back $246 million in state investment to create jobs at the Port of Philadelphia.
She helped secure $1 million for job training and opportunities with IATSE Local 8 here in the neighborhood. Elizabeth has also helped small businesses get access to the pandemic relief they need.

Bringing State Dollars to our District
Elizabeth brought a $25,000 state grant to support Whitman Council.
Another $25,000 was awarded to the Cambodian Association of Greater Philadelphia to expand their inter-generational programming and enhance its innovative after-school programming.
She helped South Philly libraries increase senior services and health-related programs with a $20,000 state grant.
To help children and youth continue to participate in sports, Elizabeth secured a $68,751 state grant for SEYAA to install lights on the baseball field. An additional $60,000 was awarded for repairs to be made to the Ford PAL Center.

Putting Quality Health Care for All Ahead of Big Corporations’ Profits
In Harrisburg, Elizabeth has been an outspoken champion for high-quality healthcare – because our loved ones and neighbors should not suffer because they can’t pay for tests, medicine, and emergency care.
Elizabeth is fighting to make Pennsylvania a national model for care that prioritizes our lives over the profits of big corporations.

Leading the Fight To Improve Schools
Elizabeth’s work, alongside advocates, paved the way for the Governor’s $1 billion proposal for public school repairs. No child, educator, or school worker should put their health at risk because of lead, mold, asbestos or rodents in school buildings.
